System Requirements
Timekeeper requires Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 from Sage Software, Library Master Extensions, and at least one of the following modules - Accounts Receivable, Job Cost, Payroll, Sales Order, Time and Billing, or Time and Billing Professional. These programs must be installed before installing Timekeeper.

Timekeeper Entry requires Java® Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.5 or later. For the most reliable experience across all Windows® operating systems, use v1.6 update 3 or newer. Version 1.6 update 3 is available at http://www.hightowerinc.com/downloads/jre1.6.0.3.zip.
NOTE: Sun Microsystems has posted known issues with Java® Runtime Environment (JRE) v1.6 update 11. Please avoid update 11 until further notice.

The Timekeeper standard module and Timekeeper Remote follow the latest software and hardware requirements specified by Sage Software for their Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 products.

The Timekeeper PDA program functions on numerous PDA devices. The Timekeeper Palm OS application must be installed to a Palm OS device running Palm OS 4.0 or later. The Timekeeper Pocket PC application requires Microsoft's ActiveSync® application to run on the workstation and Pocket PC (Windows CE) device that will be used for the synchronization process.

The .timekeeper program requires a ProvideX web server, a Microsoft IIS Server with FTP, and Internet Explorer 6.0 or better.

The installation wizard contains the following module(s):
  • Library Master Extensions
  • Timekeeper

1. Click on the Timekeeper link below to begin the installation process. This installation also includes the Library Master Extensions. The File Download window appears.
2. Click Save and select a location to save the installation.
3. Click Open after the installation file has been saved. The system starts the installation wizard.
4. Follow the instructions available in the installation wizard.
